This position is open to employees in London, UK - with the flexibility to work out of your home office full-time. As the Director of Field Marketing for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of LogicMonitor's regional marketing strategy, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. The primary focus is to drive brand awareness and demand generation across diverse markets within EMEA, ultimately contributing to pipeline growth and bookings.
The role requires deep collaboration with cross-functional teams including growth marketing, brand & comms, sales, product marketing, and channel teams. Success in this position means leading a small team while executing integrated campaigns, optimizing regional marketing processes, and leveraging data-driven insights.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
Strategic Planning & Execution

• Own and implement EMEA marketing plans aligned to pipeline and bookings goals.
• Drive consistent execution and quality of regional marketing programs.
• Align closely with sales, product marketing, brand, and partner teams to tailor campaigns to unique country-specific needs across EMEA.
• Partner with EMEA leadership to localize messaging and amplify product announcements.

Campaign & Marketing Channel Leadership

• Lead, with cross-function teams, multi-channel initiatives including:

• Event marketing
• PR & corporate comms
• Executive thought leadership
• Customer and partner marketing
• Integrated campaigns
• Channel and partner marketing
• Use marketing automation to drive and optimize demand generation.

Operational & Financial Management

• Manage the EMEA marketing budget, build business cases for new investment, and optimize ROI.
• Improve marketing efficiency and lead management workflows in partnership with MDRs and sales.

Team Leadership & Enablement

• Lead and mentor team members in EMEA marketing.
• Foster skill development and career growth.

Data, Analytics & AI Integration

• Prioritize measurable impact: track and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Integrate AI into marketing operations to drive speed and efficiency.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years in marketing roles at high-growth, B2B tech companies.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success building regional strategies (EMEA-wide and country-specific).
• Marketing to IT buyers in recurring revenue models.
• Budget management and performance-based allocation.
• Demand generation and pipeline optimization.
• Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, lead flow, and conversion optimization.
• Segmentation strategy for lead acquisition and awareness.
• Experience using AI in marketing processes.
