About the Role



We are a fast-paced, high-visibility team at the heart of the business, ensuring our back-office processes run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the systems, processes, and procedures that underpin our success.



In this role, you'll take ownership of our core finance and enterprise applications - including Salesforce, Dynamics 365 F&O, and HubSpot - contributing to and executing the strategic roadmap while ensuring these platforms drive real business value. You'll work closely with stakeholders across all levels, from sales teams through to the C-Suite, acting as the bridge between IT and business functions such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HR.



You'll oversee the optimisation, integration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and best practices in data management. Leading cross-functional projects and application initiatives, you'll be responsible for delivering new implementations, upgrades, and rollouts on time and within budget. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you'll help us enhance system functionality, user experience, and overall business performance.



Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for all key business applications throughout the EcoOnline Business - this includes, but is not limited to, D365 F&O, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hi-Bob and M365 Business Applications

Manage a team of product managers/administrators who are responsible for the day to day management and future development of these applications

Management of the company Product Groups that determine the roadmap for all of the key business applications.

Liaison with key business contacts on the day to day service provided by the department.

Work closely with the architecture/integration team on the development of business applications across the organisation.

Liaison with key business suppliers to ensure the smooth running and development of business applications within EcoOnline



What we're looking for:



7 + years of running Enterprise Business Applications

Extensive experience of either Salesforce or Dynamics 365 F&O

Experience of both ERP and CRM systems

Management of application teams

Experience of working within subscription based businesses is preferred, but not essential
