We are seeking an exceptionally driven, senior-level
Business Development Director
to seize new market share and lead our ambitious revenue expansion efforts within the clinical research landscape.

Deepening relationships and selling into existing enterprise accounts.

Net-New Acquisition:
Hunting and closing significant, multi-million dollar deals with new Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and CRO clients.
Brand Leverage:
Championing our brand to generate market opportunities.

What You Will Do
Own Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to exceed aggressive revenue targets.
Be the Closer:
Identify, qualify, and secure high-value, enterprise-level new business contracts. You are the driving force behind revenue generation.
Build Trusted Partnerships:
Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across the industry.
Be Our Ambassador:
Act as a senior representative at major industry conferences and events, leveraging your network to drive market visibility.
Collaborate for Success:
Partner closely with our Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our solutions continually meet market demands.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
Experience:
7+ years of progressive, proven success in strategic business development or commercial roles.
Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and
close multi-million dollar deals
or strategic partnerships.
Industry Expertise:
A deep, current understanding of the
Clinical Research landscape, patient recruitment challenges,
and the key players (Pharma, Biotech, CROs).
Educational Foundation:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred).
Hunter Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and complex contract management skills, coupled with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Attributes - Your Competitive Edge
A strong, existing list of connections and previous clients within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO sectors.
Experience leveraging CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management.
Strong financial acumen and comfort with complex business models.
