flawless day-to-day operations
while establishing and enforcing robust
customs compliance practices
across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
Ensuring rapid and accurate responses to customer requests and escalations
Providing leadership and support to a team of 10+ staff
Overseeing quoting, invoicing, onboarding, and job accuracy
Implementing and maintaining strong customs compliance procedures
Training staff on regulatory requirements and monitoring adherence
Coordinating end-to-end customs processes across the UK and EU
Ensuring OTS remains efficient, accurate, and fully compliant
This is a hands-on role with high expectations and high impact. You'll report directly to the owner and director.

What You'll Need
Fluent Polish and English (both required)
Excellent knowledge of
UK import, export, and transit procedures
Strong understanding of customs law, documentation, and compliance risks
Customs clearance and/or express logistics industry experience
Leadership skills and a track record of managing operational teams
Ability to perform under pressure, solve problems, and make fast decisions
Strong communication, assertiveness, and reliability
Commercial awareness and a drive to continuously improve systems
