About the Role:

As Director of Data & Analytics, you'll lead the group's data strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. You'll be the voice of data in the business, driving innovation, building a high-performing team, and leveraging insights to fuel growth.

You'll Own:

Data Strategy:

Define and deliver a roadmap aligned with business goals

Team Leadership:

Build and inspire a large team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers

Innovation:

Champion AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to unlock new opportunities

Data Governance:

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all data assets

Performance:

Establish KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement

Collaboration:

Partner with leaders across the organisation to embed data-driven decision-making

Circa 110K + bonus

You'll Bring:

Proven experience in senior leadership/director-level roles within Data & Analytics Success in building and scaling high-performing teams (50+ people) Expertise in BI, data science, and analytics in fast-paced, scaling businesses Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen Exceptional communication skills, able to influence at all levels Bonus: Experience in travel & hospitality and private equity-backed businesses
