Director of Distribution

, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our end-to-end logistics strategy - leading the teams that ensure our products reach customers across the UK and the Netherlands efficiently, sustainably, and on time. You'll drive transformation across our supply chain, embedding automation, data-led decision-making, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead distribution operations across the UK and NL, optimising warehouse performance, transport efficiency, and overall fulfilment capability. Deliver world-class service levels across B2C and B2B channels through data-driven planning and automation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, safety, and productivity across all distribution centres. Champion a high-performance culture that empowers teams and fosters collaboration across Supply Chain, Technology, and Commercial functions. Own the distribution P&L and lead capital investments in automation and digital innovation. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace. Build strategic partnerships with vendors, 3PLs, and technology providers to strengthen our fulfilment ecosystem.

About You

Proven extensive experience in same or similar role - senior leadership in multi-site distribution or logistics operations, ideally in omni-channel retail or FMCG. Expertise in automation, WMS transformation, and end-to-end supply chain management. Exceptional communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills. A purpose-driven leader who inspires others and delivers results through collaboration, innovation, and care.
