The
Director of EMEA
is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding the installed base of accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the regions. This role requires interfacing with C-level executives, facility managers, operational leadership, and business owners to understand their operations and strategically position OpenTech's innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Sales and Operational acumen, with a preference for experience in real estate/construction, property technology, access control, and/or SaaS.
The Director of Business Development will align OpenTech's offerings with client needs, helping customers exceed their operational goals while fostering long-term success. This role also entails leadership in sales strategy, team management, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with the company's corporate objectives and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Sales Leadership & Business Development
Lead Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement region-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
Account Management
: Collaborate with Operational Coordinator to manage existing accounts, upsell additional products and services, and maintain strong client relationships.
Prospecting
: Generate new leads through consistent prospecting efforts, networking, and strategic partnerships.
C-Level Engagement
: Interface with C-level executives, facility managers, and operational leadership to understand client operations and tailor solutions to their needs.
Sales Process Management
: Maintain a structured sales approach, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Provide accurate, timely pipeline reports and sales forecasts to senior leadership. Use OpenTech's CRM system to document all customer interactions and track opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners and suppliers to foster long-term business success. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Data Analysis & Strategy Refinement:
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to address performance gaps. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
