This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering leader who is looking for significant professional growth at an organisation with an award-winning culture for creativity, client impact and openness. Your role will carry a core focus on defining and delivering architectural solutions, structuring technology and engineering teams and managing large-scale technical delivery. You will also be responsible for thought leadership, driving the adoption of modern architecture and technology trends such as cloud-native, micro services and DevOps, and innovative engineering transformation at scale. Along with driving best fit solutions for our clients, you will also work closely with business development leads, client partners and programme delivery managers to realise new business opportunities and help grow client accounts. The Consumer Products Industry vertical at Publicis Sapient is a fast growth and vibrant team that covers a range of client sectors such as Food and Beverage, Beauty and Personal Care, Consumer Electronics, Appliances and Luxury. In tandem with your engineering leadership role you will also be responsible for contributing toward the development of sales strategies and form part of the overall leadership team to sell and deliver growth. Your Impact You will work closely with senior stakeholders to pitch, design and deliver solutions that will transform our clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses, while also assuming the role of technical delivery lead for large scale geographically distributed engineering teams. Your key strengths will be in leading large-scale technical strategy, design, planning and delivery, driving best practices adoption, and ensuring the growth of teams and talent. You will also pride yourself in contributing thought leadership and in helping to instil a long-term vision for our Consumer Products technology capabilities at Publicis Sapient.

Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in defining technology strategies, with a focus on modern architectures (layered, headless, micro-services based, cloud-native)
• A strong track record in consulting organisations with proven experience of interfacing with and advising senior client stakeholders up to the C Level
• Technical management and delivery experience of globally distributed engineering teams of up to 50 people or more
• Strong presentation, client pitching skills, and agile delivery experience
• Understanding of key Consumer Products business areas such as:
  • Product Lifecycle management
  • Online marketing and selling (B2B, B2C)
  • Content and digital asset management
  • Direct-to-Consumer & Marketplaces
  • Supply chain (Order Management, B2B logistics, D2C logistics, returns, etc.)
• A proven track record of delivering enterprise scale engineering transformation projects using contemporary technologies and methodologies such as:
  • Digital Customer Experience platforms
  • Ecommerce Platforms
  • CMS, Search, PIM, DAM, OMS
  • Java, JavaScript and CSS, Typescript for large scale website development
  • DevSecOps/Automation (CI/CD) for large scale delivery
  • Architecture and design knowledge of Headless approaches, API gateways, Microservices, iPaaS / ETL / ESB, Databases, and Big Data platforms
  • Cloud platform architectures (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Big Data / Machine learning platforms
  • Quality Engineering

You will also showcase a robust history of achieving business outcomes and driving growth, propelled by personal initiative, a capacity to work efficiently, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive commitment to taking ownership of business results.
