It won't be easy. Joining a scale up business is an amazing and rewarding challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You'll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Atominvest growing year over year at the pace of the best SAAS companies on the planet.

You'll help define and foster the engineering culture we aspire to: fast-moving, product-oriented, high-performing, and craftsmanship-driven.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO, Head of Product, and executive team to plan and prioritize tech initiatives. Talent Development: Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent. Client Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases to deliver impactful and innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, infrastructure, devops, and security teams to ensure smooth execution.

If this sounds like what you'd love to be doing, we can't wait to hear from you!

Your skills:

Deep familiarity / experience in our software stack (React, Node, Mongo, AWS) 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering and/or engineering leadership Background in software development and/or a degree in a STEM field Proven success in shipping high-quality, enterprise-grade SaaS products Strong experience working across product, engineering, devops, and security functions A structured yet flexible approach to team building, process design, and quality assurance A passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and scalability Natural curiosity and drive to explore problems, iterate on product ideas, and innovate under constraints
