We have an exciting opportunity for experience Equipment Sales, Supply Chain Manager, to join our Equipment Sales team. This role is hybird, with 4 days art HQ/at customer sites and 1 day at home.

THE ROLE



The Director of ESAS and Supply Chain provides strategic leadership and oversight for the ESAS Division and the Company's Supply Chain operations. This role ensures alignment between equipment sales, resale services, procurement, and inventory management to achieve business objectives. Acting as a senior leader, the Director sets vision, drives efficiency, and supports departmental heads in delivering operational excellence and growth.


ABOUT YOU



Experience in senior leadership roles within equipment sales, supply chain, or procurement. Strong strategic planning and financial management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at executive level. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of medical engineering sector regulations and best practices. High level of rigor and commitment to process discipline, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations.

THE TERMS



Contract Term: Permanent Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break


Annual Leave: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)


Salary: Competitve
