Prior experience in the health and/or social care sector would be beneficial but we will consider someone with exceptional experience outside of the sector. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of managing a geographically spread and complicated estate alongside efficiently managing complex budgets.

Experience of leading organisational change programs will be invaluable, in addition to expertise in designing and delivering capital development programmes. High-level negotiating and influencing skills are essential to engage effectively with senior managers and highly qualified professionals, both internally and externally.
