Dunsfold Aerodrome / National travel (2-3 times per month)

Whether it's a Ferrari on a racetrack or a truck on an airfield, we bring the thrill of driving to life across our 24 venues nationwide. With over 300 jaw-dropping vehicles and 250+ action-packed days every year, we're the UK's biggest and fastest-growing driving experience provider.

Now, we're looking for a visionary Event Director to lead the charge.

This is No Ordinary Event Role...

As our Event Director, you'll be at the heart of the action. You'll be orchestrating high-energy events that welcome 100's of customers a day, supported by a buzzing crew of 100+ freelance instructors, hospitality pros, media teams and more.

But this isn't just about keeping the show on the road. It's about setting the tone, raising the bar and leading from the front. You'll shape the customer journey, fine-tune our operations, inspire our people and elevate the Everyman experience, every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

Take full ownership of over 250 live events a year across 24 UK venues Lead, support and inspire our freelance and in-house teams -- from seasoned supercar instructors to front-of-house Rockstar's. Champion safety, service and operations, even on the busiest days Drive freelancer recruitment and retention, building a community that loves working with us Become an inspiring leader for our Event Team Manager, Logistics Manager and core team to ensure every event runs like clockwork Balance commercial goals with incredible customer experiences Sit on the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and influencing company-wide strategy Travel to events regularly (roughly 2-3 times per month) to oversee the general operation

What We're Looking For

5+ years in the live events industry, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role A background in multi-day or multi-site events, preferably with large-scale teams A hands-on, people-first leader - motivates, mentors and brings out the best in others Commercially savvy, with budget and financial know-how Obsessed with quality, detail and constant improvement Calm under pressure, solution-focused and always thinking ahead Bonus points for automotive passion (but a love for live experiences is what counts) Full UK driving licence required
