Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our food service and small independent retail operations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

- Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and distribution of products to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.

- Undertake reviews of market opportunities to enable growth into new markets

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the food service or retail industry, specific within Asian sector.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and distribution.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Requirements:

- Must have driving licence and able to travel freely around UK and occasional travel overseas

- Understanding of the food market including sale of halal products and zero alcohol.

- In line with our core activities the ability to speak Bengali, Hindi and Urdu is preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 100,000.00 per year
