As a global leader in the betting and gaming sector is seeking a Director of Gaming & Content Product. This newly established role consolidates the responsibilities of the Director of Gaming Products and the Director of Content, underscoring our commitment to seamlessly integrating and elevating our gaming experiences through dynamic, immersive content. The Director will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and development of gaming products, content operations, the Section 8 Studio (our award-winning in-house gaming studio), and product compliance teams. This pivotal position will drive the fusion of gaming and content, spearheading the delivery of innovative products while ensuring compliance across our international operations.

What you'll be doing

Craft and implement a unified strategy for gaming products and content that supports the company's objectives, enhances customer experience, and drives growth Oversee the development and integration of gaming products with content strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms Support diverse teams, including Gaming Products, Content Operations, Section 8 Studio, and Product Compliance. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence Drive the production of high-quality, engaging content through Section 8 Studio and other content initiatives, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences Ensure all products and content comply with international regulatory requirements and company standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and customer trust Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform product and content development, keeping the company at the forefront of the industry Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of product and content strategies with overall business goals

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field Extensive experience in senior roles within the gaming, content, or related industries, with previous success in product and content strategy development and execution Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a global, dynamic environment In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, content production, regulatory landscape, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with willingness to travel as required
