Director of Human Resources

, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and enhancing our people strategy. We're seeking a passionate, forward-thinking HR generalist with a proven ability to coach senior leaders, foster inclusive practices, and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership + Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the resort's vision, values, and operational goals. + Lead organisational design and workforce planning to ensure optimal employee and guest experiences.
+ Champion internal communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement.
Talent Acquisition Onboarding + Drive proactive recruitment strategies using modern tools and platforms to attract top talent. + Oversee the delivery of our award-winning Clan Welcome induction and onboarding programmes.
Learning Development + Lead a high-impact learning and development agenda, including on-the-job training and leadership development. + Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance management frameworks.
Employee Relations Compliance + Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and legal compliance. + Oversee fair and transparent grievance and disciplinary procedures.
+ Ensure HR practices meet internal and external audit standards.
Culture Engagement + Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. + Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the resort.
+ Analyse exit interview data to inform retention and engagement strategies.
Reward Recognition + Design and manage competitive benefits, bonus, and incentive schemes. + Support occupational health and wellbeing programmes.
Succession Planning Workforce Development + Lead strategic succession planning across all levels of leadership. + Identify and nurture high-potential talent for future growth.
Budget Resource Management + Oversee HR budget planning and payroll efficiency. + Ensure optimal resource allocation across HR and LD functions.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications Experience:

Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD accredited or equivalent) preferred Extensive generalist HR experience at a senior leadership level. Proven track record of leading HR and Learning Development teams. Deep understanding of UK employment law and employee relations.
