What we're looking for:
The Director of Integrated Marketing, Business Banking will own and lead our marketing strategy and GTM for Monzo Business, focusing on micro and small businesses across the UK and new European markets. You'll define the vision, set the strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programmes that fuel acquisition, engagement, and retention of business customers.
