Duties and responsibilities related to the

Director of Luxury Sales

role




Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the luxury market Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the luxury sector Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue Cultivating diverse revenue streams and optimizing the hotel's profitability Aligning the product offerings with the brand's distinct positioning Strategizing and regularly refining the hotel's commercial approach Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

About you





You will have a proven track record of success in luxury sales in the five-star market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is a firm understanding of negotiating and influencing skills.
