This is an exciting opportunity to shape how people see and experience Active Care Group. As our Director of Marketing, you'll lead the way in telling our story, building awareness of our services, and ensuring our brand reflects the heart of who we are: a trusted, values-driven organisation that changes lives.


This role is full time, working at least one day per week in our Waterloo office in London. There will be frequent travel to our services and to events.

What you'll be doing:

Own and evolve the Group-wide marketing strategy to support growth, brand awareness, and service promotion. Advise the Executive Team on brand positioning, market trends, and opportunities for growth. Build strong and effective relationships with divisional Managing Directors to support growth across the business. Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the Group's commercial and reputational objectives. Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business development, occupancy growth, and recruitment. Oversee the production of high-quality promotional materials, digital assets, and service-specific collateral. Lead the Group's digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, website optimisation, email campaigns, and advertising. Maintain and strengthen the Group's social media presence with engaging, sector-relevant content. Implement a data-led approach to campaign design, measuring performance against agreed KPIs and ROI. Use market intelligence, competitor analysis, and demographic insight to refine strategy and targeting.

What you'll have:

A degree in Marketing or Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma / Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) and the Managing and Marketing Sales Association (MAMSA) Significant senior-level marketing leadership experience in the Health and Social Care Sector, experience in the private sector would be desirable. Strong expertise in digital marketing and website management (ideally WordPress CMS). Commercially astute, strategically minded, and results focused. Inspirational leader with experience managing and developing teams. A confident, driven and dynamic leader with the credibility and commercial awareness to advise and influence at a senior level A strategic and commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and experience in leading business-wide initiatives Excellent organisational and project management skills with experience managing budgets Results-oriented with the confidence to use their initiative, work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
