learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and drive results

in unfamiliar territory.


The

Director of Operations

will play a crucial role in advancing

AI adoption and automation initiatives

across the organization. From optimizing internal processes to enhancing customer experiences, you will lead projects that leverage AI-driven insights to improve efficiency and scalability. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to integrating emerging technologies into daily operations.

Director of Operations

, you will:

Optimize Project Management:

Implement standardized project management methodologies, ensuring high-quality project delivery across Pax8.

Drive Operational Excellence:

Champion best practices, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency for sustained business growth.

Align project goals with strategic objectives, ensuring clear communication and measurable value.

You'll be ideal for us if you have:

Substantial experience with

Strategic Project Management

Experience in

Scaling Processes

and

Managing Global Operations

Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to identify and implement best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with executives and key stakeholders Proficiency in proactive risk identification and mitigation A mindset of fostering continuous improvement through feedback-driven process Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various levels of the organization

Previous experience in managing teams is a must have

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary between

75,000 - 100,000

Designated Office & Working pattern

Tech set up to support great Home and In-office working Hybrid & Home Office Working 9-5:30 Monday to Friday - with flexibility required
