ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, as Director of Operations you will play a key role in ensuring brand service strategy exceeds the needs and expectation of the guest.

As Director of Operations, key aspects of your role will include:

Being an ambassador for the W brand Be a key driver in decision-making for achievement of business goals Coaching and supporting operational teams in guest satisfaction needs Facilitating creative solutions to continually improve guest satisfaction scores Set goals and expectations to hold Talent accountable for successful performance
