Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic and commercial thinking across Anchor, helping shape and deliver our corporate business plan.
Build strong relationships inside and outside the organisation to spark innovation and drive best practice.
Develop and maintain a future-focused procurement strategy that keeps us compliant and ahead of the curve.
Ensure our procurement delivers great services, excellent value for money, and meets all regulatory standards.

Anchor Hanover Group is looking for a new Director of Procurement.Operate a hybrid working model.
Essential Criteria

Experience at a senior level in procurement, with a track record of managing complex projects and supplier relationships.
Communicate confidently and clearly, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Champion equality, diversity, and customer rights, always putting residents at the heart of decision-making.
Educated, ideally to degree level, with MCIPS qualification desirable and a commitment to ongoing professional development, including knowledge of the 2023 Procurement Act.
