About the Role:

The Faculty of Health, Education, Medicine & Social Care is the largest faculty in the university. Our Faculty constantly pursues innovative approaches to develop and deliver curricula to meet the ever-changing educational needs of the Health and Social Care workforce. The Faculty of Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including doctoral level studies, and works with a large number of partners in the region. We are looking for a Director of Quality for Health and Partnerships to work with the Deputy Dean for Quality and Partnerships in providing strong leadership and management of quality enhancement projects across the health and social care portfolio.

With a doctorate in a relevant field, you will have significant professional experience of quality assurance as it pertains to learning in the health and social care professions. You will be able to demonstrate excellent partnership working with public sector and educational organisations to deliver quality enhancement projects and have extensive understanding and experience of working with professional and statutory bodies.

As a Director you will take a lead role in the strategic delivery of quality enhancement projects. You will also be expected to contribute to the Faculty more broadly as part of the senior leadership team.
