About the Role
As our
Director of Sales & Marketing
, you will lead the hotel's commercial strategy, overseeing all proactive sales activity and marketing initiatives to maximise total revenue. You will champion the Radisson Yes I Can! culture and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results while having fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team, creating a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and results
Drive the hotel's commercial strategy across corporate, leisure, M&E, and group segments
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive demand
Maximise total revenue across rooms, M&E, food & beverage, and ancillary services
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Analyse business performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing clear insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with all legal, brand, and internal audit requirements
Manage departmental budgets and ensure costs are aligned with business goals
Support an exceptional guest experience by providing timely, solutions-focused responses to enquiries and opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in hotel sales or sales & marketing at managerial level
Strong knowledge of the local market, including key corporate, leisure, and group segments, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for results
A hands-on leader who motivates through example and fosters growth in their team
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative, commercially sound solutions
High personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Confident in using a range of IT systems and data-driven tools
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
