We are seeking a personable and skilled Director of Sales to join our team. As the

, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share. You will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate key relationships, and ensure the hotel achieves its financial goals through innovative sales and marketing strategies

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. Oversee contract negotiations and manage key accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, revenue management, and operations. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements:

+ Proven experience as a Director of Salesor in a senior hotel sales role. + Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales strategies.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
+ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
