As the architect of our revenue and sales journey, you will spearhead innovative strategies across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives to drive incremental revenue growth.
o?Deliver above and beyond the sales budget targets month on month by fostering a culture of high performance and creativity.
o?Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
o?Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, event planners, travel agents, and leisure markets.
o?Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing, inventory, and customer experience.
o?Engage in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and the closing of major deals to ensure profitability and brand standards.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to raise brand visibility and strengthen market position.
o?Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.o?Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring high standards of client service and follow-up.
o?Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and local market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within 4-star or luxury hotels
o?Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and leading successful sales teams.
o? Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o?Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
o?Exceptional understanding of MICE, group business, and leisure markets.
o?Proficient in sales management tools and CRM systems.
o?Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
o?Full UK Driving License.
