We are partnering with a dynamic, independent medical communications agency to identify a Director of Scientific Services who can lead scientific excellence, oversee global projects, and support new business development.
The Role:

  • Lead and mentor the scientific team, ensuring high-quality content and scientific rigor across all projects
  • Oversee delivery of complex, multi-channel global projects for pharma and biotech clients
  • Collaborate with client services to provide strategic scientific input and maintain client trust
  • Support new business initiatives, contributing to proposals and pitch strategy for global clients
  • Champion innovation, best practices, and scientific integrity across the agency
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a science degree (PhD preferred but not essential)
  • Significant experience in scientific services within medical communications
  • Comfortable driving new business opportunities alongside client-facing work
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Flexible and happy to work hybrid from the Home Counties
