Home Counties / Hybrid
We are partnering with a dynamic, independent medical communications agency to identify a Director of Scientific Services who can lead scientific excellence, oversee global projects, and support new business development.
The Role:

Lead and mentor the scientific team, ensuring high-quality content and scientific rigor across all projects
Oversee delivery of complex, multi-channel global projects for pharma and biotech clients
Collaborate with client services to provide strategic scientific input and maintain client trust
Support new business initiatives, contributing to proposals and pitch strategy for global clients
Champion innovation, best practices, and scientific integrity across the agency

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a science degree (PhD preferred but not essential)
Significant experience in scientific services within medical communications
Comfortable driving new business opportunities alongside client-facing work
Strong leadership and team development skills
Flexible and happy to work hybrid from the Home Counties
