We are seeking an exceptional

Director of Training

to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of global training and leadership development initiatives for a global, enterprise size security operations programme. This is a

senior global leadership role

with strategic influence, responsible for creating scalable, high-impact learning solutions that empower managers, leaders, and frontline teams across

As

Director of Training

, you will champion a culture of continuous learning, ensuring programs are practical, future-ready, and aligned with organisational goals. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams to deliver training strategies that drive measurable performance improvements and operational excellence.

What You'll Do



Develop and execute a global learning strategy

aligned with organisational objectives, digital transformation, and talent development priorities.

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide training programs

, covering technical, leadership, compliance, and soft skills domains.

Champion a learning culture

that promotes agility, inclusivity, and lifelong development across diverse global teams.

Ensure localisation and cultural relevance

of programs while maintaining global consistency and standards.

Build and lead a high-performing global training team

, setting clear expectations and driving excellence.

Implement governance frameworks

for training standards, policies, and reporting mechanisms.

Define KPIs and success metrics

to measure ROI and business impact of all training initiatives.

Leverage analytics and emerging technologies

to monitor engagement, optimize learning methods, and enhance program effectiveness.

Ensure compliance

with regional regulations, industry certifications, and internal audit requirements.

Drive continuous improvement

, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and innovate training delivery.

Collaborate with senior leadership

to influence strategy and secure buy-in for learning initiatives.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:



Experience



Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). Detailed experience of leading training and development programs, with at least 5 years at director level. Experience in large, global, complex organisations; background in security preferred. Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide training programs in a multinational environment. Experience leading distributed teams and collaborating across global operations.

Skills & Competencies



Strategic thinker with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Expertise in digital learning platforms, blended learning methodologies, and emerging technologies. Strong cross-cultural communication and change management skills. Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management capabilities. Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

Other Requirements



Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, French, or German desirable.

Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.

Flexibility to work nights/weekends when required to support global operations. Values-driven leadership aligned with Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
