Director of Platform


Remote (UK or Germany)

Help build the engine behind Bauer's Games & Competitions success. We're hiring a

Director of Platform

to define, deliver, and optimize the technology powering our consumer competition experiences across Europe.
In this role, you'll:


Lead the strategy for platform development - from vendor management to buy/build decisions Act as the central contact for all platform-related topics within Bauer Manage technical partnerships and third-party providers across markets Align internal stakeholders (product, data, compliance, marketing) toward one scalable tech approach Shape our long-term architecture to be agile, modular, and regulation-ready
You should bring:


Extensive experience in digital platform strategy or product architecture A track record in iGaming, betting, eCommerce, or high-volume platforms Experience leading across complex stakeholder environments Confidence navigating ambiguity, third-party ecosystems, and compliance-heavy domains
Remote-first with occasional London or market hub visits.
