As the Director of Program and Student Services you will be responsible for the daily management of the program, overseeing all student services and affairs, housing, vendor relations, and office administration. The Director of Program and Student Services role includes collaboration with the CEA CAPA's Home Office and other global locations. As the PASS Director you will ensure a high-quality experience for students, managing aspects of their journey from pre-departure to program completion, including health, safety, and cultural integration.
Starting salary: 60,000
What You'll Do:
Leadership
Provide leadership and support for Student Services staff in all aspects of work, including and especially during escalated situations with students within the area of student services and housing.
Lead student services team, ensuring an effective division of work.
Collaborate closely with the Center and Academic Director in the development and implementation of programs from pre-departure to departure.
Collaborate in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, maintaining strong communication and teamwork among staff.
Oversee staff efforts to facilitate programs; participate as needed in all facets of Student Services, ensuring seamless overlap with academics, CIP, and custom program delivery.
Represent and promote CEA CAPA's mission and values to students and stakeholders.
Program Management
Collaborate with the Center Director and Enrollment Services for pre-departure advising.
Maintain accurate program data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in routine training and align on-site student services with best practices.
Collaborate in the delivery of custom and faculty-led programs.
Collaborate with the onsite team on every day and ordinary management of the Study Center.
Student Services
Plan and implement all aspects of student services, including student arrivals, orientation, , cultural and social activities, excursions,
Oversee the securing and management of housing and direct students to local resources for practical needs and cultural adaptation.
Mediate mid-level student concerns and cases within Student Services and Housing
Provide support for the health, safety and well-being of all onsite students in collaboration with onsite dedicated staff.
Financial Management
Assist in the Development of the OSE/Housing budget.
Manage OSE/Housing budget in collaboration with the Center Director ensuring savings when possible.
Communication
Regularly communicate with the Center and Academic Director on all aspects of the program surrounding student services and housing
Document and report student concerns and issues promptly.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
A minimum of 3 years of experience in international education or related fields

Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local culture, history, business practices, and academic environment
