The sales Director is responsible for driving the organization to reach profitable sales growth in Europe for BMS portfolio, ranking from hardware, software, Software as a service and service offering.
In this role, you will drive the performance of a team of 30+ sellers across Europe, serving multiple channels. You will use your knowledge of customers, the industry segments and competition to identify and pursue biggest opportunities for growth, aligning internal stakeholders to grasp them, influencing and partnering with Offering Management teams, Business development, Supply Chain, Logistic, other Honeywell business units. You will make sure top customers are better served and are growing their business with Honeywell, while developing new channels and new customers. You will drive new product / solutions adoption in the market, identifying key requirements for success and secure their implementation.
