Strong understanding of corporate finance and debt capital markets (Investment Grade, High Yield, Leveraged Finance).
Proven ability to originate new business and develop revenue from both existing and self-sourced leads.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (e.g., Swedish).
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and develop market strategy.
Team-oriented with strong internal and external relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of credit analysis and the role of credit ratings.
Established relationships with bankers and corporate finance professionals in the Nordics.
