Situated in the heart of a beautiful and historic city, the University of Lincoln is committed to transforming lives and communities through our teaching and research.
We are proud of what we have achieved since we were established in 1996, thanks to the contributions of everyone in our community. Our journey has seen us flourish into a diverse, internationally recognised university. Today, we have 20,000 students and more the 120,000 graduates across the world, and our university has grown to incorporate two academic colleges and three campuses. In November 2023 we were awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize, the UK's highest award for universities, to recognise our work supporting the agri-food sector.
Throughout this exciting period of development, we have been guided by a consistent set of principles which remain at the heart of our approach today:
excellence in teaching, learning, and quality of student experience
responsiveness to the needs of communities and organisations
working in partnership to make great things happen

The Dean will lead a bold transformation--shaping a School that is agile, inclusive, digitally enabled, and deeply connected to industry, society, and global challenges.
The Director/Dean of Lincoln International Business School will lead a strategic renewal of the International Business School, driving innovation across teaching, research, partnerships, and civic engagement. This is a unique opportunity to build a School that is not only academically excellent but also socially purposeful, commercially astute, and internationally distinctive.
