About the Role
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you'll provide
person-centred support
, always putting the individual at the heart of what you do.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering
safe, compassionate and dignified personal care
Supporting daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, cleaning and laundry
Encouraging independence and teaching life skills that promote self-reliance
Supporting with outings, appointments and community activities
Recording accurate daily notes, handovers and incident reports
Respecting service users' choices and promoting their rights
Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns immediately
Supporting a female service user with epilepsy and other health needs
(full training provided)
Participating in care planning and reviews
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Due to vehicle insurance requirements, applicants must be
aged 25 or over
to drive for work purposes
Epilepsy experience is advantageous
, but not essential as full training will be provided

of the person we support, this role is restricted to
female applicants only

Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010
Applicants under 25 are still encouraged to apply for
non-driving roles or placements within walking distance
