We are onboarding new team members in our supported homes for people with a learning disability .

We have a small number of part-time (16-24 hrs per week) and full-time (37.5hrs per week) support worker vacancies in our

Rayleigh

based supported living home.

You'll be based in one home, as part of a small, but dedicated, team who are passionate about supporting people to lead a fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle. We value empowering people to take up life opportunities such as following personal hobbies and interests and learning new skills whilst developing excellent relationships that are sustained on trust and respect.

This role may include occasional sleep-ins paid at 50 per night.

Experience in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility. Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment. Utilize IT skills to maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
