About the Role



We are looking for an experienced

Integrity Engineer / RBI Specialist

to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of pressure systems and equipment by developing and delivering effective integrity and inspection solutions.

Responsibilities



Carry out technical activities in line with company procedures and workflows. Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support inspection planning. Develop pressure vessel RBIs, corrosion loops, and inspection plans. Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk-based assessments using RBI methodologies (e.g., API 580/581). Create inspection and integrity workscopes, including work packs for execution. Analyse integrity and inspection data to: Identify damage mechanisms such as corrosion, erosion, and fatigue. Review historical inspection data and operating conditions. Provide accurate remaining-life estimations.

Qualifications



BEng in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Process, Pipeline, Structural, Corrosion, or Safety Engineering). Affiliate membership of a relevant engineering institution. Working towards, or intending to work towards, professional engineering status. Relevant certifications (preferred): API 580 / 581 - Risk-Based Inspection API 571 - Damage Mechanisms API 510 / 570 - Pressure Vessel & Piping Inspection Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex technical data and provide actionable insights. Team player with experience in multi-discipline environments.

Experience & Skills



4+ years' experience in a relevant technical area (preferred). Familiarity with inspection codes, techniques, and standards. Demonstrated ability, enthusiasm, and dedication to work in a professional engineering/technical capacity. Strong communication skills, able to establish and maintain effective and credible working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
