Location - Hybrid - Milton Keynes (2 days office, 3 days home)



Salary - up to 55,000 depending on experience



Contract Type: Permanent - 37.5 hpw

We're seeking a

Benefits & Discounts Partner Manager

to lead the full lifecycle of our partnerships network. This is a pivotal role within our Commercial team, where you'll be responsible for everything from sourcing and onboarding new partnerships to broaden our current Benefits and Discounts offering, to ongoing performance management and optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing



Own and nurture day-to-day relationships, act as the go-to contact and lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews. Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities through market scans and competitor benchmarking. Collaborate to help shape our partner category roadmap. Track and forecast partner performance metrics, contribute to wider pricing strategies using commercial insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Marketing and B2B2C Growth to develop campaigns and promotions that maximise user value and engagement. Work with partners effectively to wider employer value propositions, client onboarding, and promotional activities. Liaise with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure internal alignment and partner visibility.

What We're Looking For



Solid experience in partner/vendor management, commercial operations, or category management roles. A strong track record in managing external relationships within retail, financial services, or employee benefits. Familiarity with contracts, pricing discussions, performance review processes and forecasting tools. Experience in cross-functional environments involving Marketing, Legal, and Product teams. Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
