Alternating shifts:
Week 1: 8AM to 4PM
Week2: 10AM to 6PM.
Motoring Assistance is on the lookout for customer-focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Your team will have outbound and inbound calls with expert knowledge in our products and services to help our customers choose the right cover for them. Ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and get everything they need from us when they call.
You will be working in a busy department, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and will need the ability to work at a pace.
