COCO Chocolatier - One of the UK's leading artisan chocolate businesses with multiple awards for outstanding chocolates. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, and responsible Dispatch Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Location:

Port Edgar Marina, South Queensferry, EH30 9SQ (New Office).

Role:

This role will support the operations team in order fulfillment and dispatching. The position includes picking and packing orders; inputting information to print shipping labels, and completing dispatch by the deadline of each day. Other duties include receiving in orders and maintaining a clean shipping area. As we are a small team, the successful candidate will be flexible and able to assist the production team as necessary in quieter periods

Responsibilities

Pick and pack daily orders. Complete dispatch by 3 pm each day. Maintain the organisation of inventory. Assist with accepting, checking, and putting away deliveries. Communicate low stock items to the Production Manager. Assist with other production operations tasks as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications

Read and write in English. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Computer literacy. Ability to lift 23kg. Desirable: Previous experience working in a dispatch environment

Person Specification

Detail-oriented. Ability to problem solve. Flexible - comfortable taking on new tasks as necessary. Takes initiative and has a diligent, can-do attitude.
Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
