Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time time Dispensary Assistant post to work 15 hours per week (hours negotiable) in a Dispensing Doctors' surgery. The successful candidate will provide Dispensing duties for our practice population.
Duties
dispensing correct medication items in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure safe supply to patients. Stock ordering and stock rotation. Keeping Dispensary clean and tidy. Any other tasks appropriate to the role.
It would be desirable for the candidate to have an NVQ level 2 Dispenser qualification or be willing to work towards achieving this.
