Job Description
We are a friendly, family run, high street pharmacy looking for a Dispensary Assistant for our busy, community focused dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner - going the 'extra mile' Advising on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products (within training) Supporting the pharmacist and pharmacy team Processing prescriptions and sales accurately
About You
Customer service or retail experience preferred (Pharmacy experience an advantage) Willing to complete or already hold a Medicines Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification Friendly, reliable and approachable Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a busy community pharmacy environment
