Dispensed Drinks Technician Trainee

We are a fast developing Dispensed Drinks supplier, operating nationwide.

In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional service to our customers while learning the skills required to maintain and support our juice dispensing operations.

You will be required to cover the repairs and installation of juice machines in the Northeast, Yorkshire , Midlands and Northwest regions working alongside 4 other members of our team in the area.

The ideal candidate needs to be flexible as this job requires occasional staying away from home in the UK and our technical centre in Bedfordshire. To provide operational efficiency there are also some variations in start and end times (see below).

Drinks Dispensed Technician Trainee

Required: Full Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Location:

This is an "on the road" job which requires travelling around to customer sites. Ideally you will be located within 30 mins of Sheffield.

Covering areas:

Northeast Yorkshire, The North West, The East Midlands, The West Midlands occasionally The West Country or South (holiday cover).

Employment Type:

Full-Time, 40 hours a week excluding breaks, 4 days a week (1 rest day during the week).

Workdays:

10 hours a day (Mon-Fri) with a moving/flexible rest day. The rest day is usually Monday or Friday and occasionally Wednesday.

Probation Period:

6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites to install, set up, and service juice machines. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance. Deliver customer orders efficiently and professionally. Assist with various tasks in the workshop, including machine preparation, testing, and general support. Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner. Help manage and assists in assembly of machines, company stocks, training and quality standards Assist in tasks and projects from time to time to help Gen Juice Development.

Requirements:

Full, valid driver's license (required for site visits and deliveries), with no more than 6 penalty points. Strongly desirable experience with push-fit plumbing or previous dispensing machines technical experience. A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn. Quick learning Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong literacy skills to fill out job reports Weekend availability for on-call jobs (around 6 weekends a year) Required to stay over near our technical centre in Bedfordshire for the first initial 3 weeks of training. Required to visit the Bedfordshire workshop to assist when required.
