Responsibilities

Assist healthcare professionals in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.

Request, Dispense and issuing of medications, as well as providing a checking service. Maintain precise records of medication inventory and transactions. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing queries professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support administrative duties such as stock entry and filing. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth dispensary operations. Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer care skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with Emis Web is essential
