Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dispenser to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, supporting patient care, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of pharmacy services. Also be able to deliver medications to patients. Must have full UK driving licence. Thursday and Friday working days.

Duties

Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare regulations and protocols

Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution Support medication administration processes, ensuring correct dosage and patient instructions are provided Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient interactions Provide compassionate support to patients, answering questions related to their prescriptions and medication routines Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to health and safety standards at all times Organise stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and reorder supplies as necessary Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care outcomes Deliver medication to patients Be able to cover staff holiday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Work Location: In person
