Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently dispensing products. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a knack for upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Dispense products accurately and efficiently while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information about products and services. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Utilise phone etiquette when managing incoming calls, ensuring all communications are handled courteously. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Providing services to customers e.g. blood pressure monitoring.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
