Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispensing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications and products. This position requires strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a qualified professional. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of dispensed products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care. Utilise IT systems for inventory management, tracking orders, and updating patient information. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of products, services, and best practices in dispensing.
Experience
Previous experience would be beneficial but not a requirement. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with IT systems related to dispensing or inventory management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
