THE ROLE
Your role as a Dispensing Assistant will involve supporting the Pharmacist to maintain the high quality care we provide. This will be done by receiving prescriptions from customers, accurately preparing prescriptions using our dispensing robot, filling our dispensing robot and signing eligible patients to available services. Your role may also include assembling medication compliance aids.
REQUIREMENTS
As our services are rapidly increasing, you will be required to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail. You should be friendly and approachable, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Applicants must have at least two years experience working in a pharmacy environment and hold a NVQ2 dispensing qualification.
The hours required are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.45pm with an additional Saturday 9am-12noon as per rota.
