Cloud Pharmacy are currently looking for a dispensing assistant to join the team in our Livingston dispensary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at an innovative and progressive online pharmacy.

The successful candidate will join our team in providing first class customer service and patient care.

We are looking for a candidate with a pro-active mind-set and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be eager and willing to work in all areas of the pharmacy.

As we are an online pharmacy, it is essential the successful candidate is experienced with IT.

Previous pharmacy experience is desirable, although not essential. The successful candidate will be provided with full and on-going training.

Reporting to the pharmacy manager, duties will include:

Answering customer queries and providing patient care.

Keeping the pharmacy clean and organised.

Accurately labelling and dispensing pharmacy prescriptions.

Preparing packaging for dispatch to patients.

Stock maintenance, including date checking, invoice checking and stocking shelves.

Working with the pharmacist and dispensary team to ensure patients receive first class care.

Pharmacy - 1 year (desirable)

IT Skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (required)
