About the Role:

You'll play a pivotal part in our Litigation department--working alongside talented colleagues on a diverse and interesting caseload. From complex commercial and property disputes to a wide array of contentious matters, your expertise will help our clients achieve the best possible outcomes. What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution, always acting with integrity and professionalism. Providing clear, practical advice on the merits of cases, likely outcomes, and potential risks, tailored to each client's needs. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Negotiating with other parties and representing clients at court as needed. Maintaining meticulous records of your work and billing commensurately. Keeping abreast of legal developments and sharing your knowledge within the team. Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client service.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE in litigation. Demonstrable expertise in dispute resolution, with sound technical and commercial know-how. Outstanding communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to make complex legal concepts accessible. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client care and building trusted relationships. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure. Strong judgement and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Positive team spirit and a willingness to collaborate. Commercial awareness and an appreciation for the business realities affecting your clients.
