Job Description
I'm working with a highly regarded US law firm who are looking for an NQ-1PQE (E&W qualified) disputes associate to join their London team.
You'll be working across litigation, arbitration and get the opportunity to work on public international law.
- Represent clients in commercial and investor-state arbitrations before major arbitral institutions and in ad hoc proceedings.
- Support on complex disputes governed by diverse legal systems including English, Swiss, German, Dutch, Polish, and Greek law.
- Advise sovereign states and multinational corporations on treaty-based and contractual disputes.
- Serve as arbitrator in international proceedings.
- Provide strategic counsel on enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards.
- Engage in thought leadership and contribute to the firm's reputation in international dispute resolution.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or due to be.
- Exposure to a wide range of disputes, including litigation, arbitration.
- Strong academics.
