Accuflex is working with a leading law firm client seeking an experienced
Disputes Lawyer
with a strong track record indebt recovery and enforcement
.This is a great opportunity to join on a
contract basis
, supporting clients across a range of commercial recovery matters.Key experience required:
Handling debt recovery claims from pre-action to enforcement Drafting correspondence, claims, settlement terms, and enforcement applications Advising clients on recovery strategy and legal risks Familiarity with county court and high court enforcement processes
